LecturesOur courses comprise of mix lectures of theory and repertoire. Theory will involve anatomy, physiology and pathology as well as theoretical Pilates papers. Repertoire is mostly practical.
Life occasionally gets in the way but it is imperative that you attend more than 80% of lectures. |
PracticeThe entire Pilates education involves many, many hours of practice, including self practice and attending classes. You really need to have Pilates 'in your body' to be able to teach it to others. Majority of your practice will be with your TT provider but don't be afraid to attend other classes and experience different styles of teaching.

Commitment to educationThere is no two words about it, joining a Pilates teacher training course requires dedicated commitment. You will be gaining a lot of new knowledge (especially theoretical anatomy) which can be challenging and require regular revision in preparation for exams.
Aside from theory you will also need to fit self-practice, assisting hours and self-study into your week. It is going to be intense but very rewarding journey! |
Kentish Town StudioUpon your first visit to the studio you will have a chance to look around perhaps even join one of our classes to sense the 'studio vibes'. It is a beautiful space with dedicated rooms for matowork and equipment Pilates, dance studio and treatment rooms, creating a very holistic environment for wholebody health.
